Joel Brobecker 61baf725ec update copyright year range in GDB files 
This applies the second part of GDB's End of Year Procedure, which
updates the copyright year range in all of GDB's files.

Yao Qi 04180708ef Remove GDBARCH_BREAKPOINT_MANIPULATION and SET_GDBARCH_BREAKPOINT_MANIPULATION 
Both of them are used in conversion.  We can remove them since the
conversion is done.

There are many architectures only have one breakpoint instruction,
so their gdbarch methods breakpoint_kind_from_pc and
sw_breakpoint_from_kind look very similar.  Instead of macro, we
use template "template <size_t, const gdb_byte *> struct bp_manipulation"
for these architectures.  In order to use template, I also change
breakpoint instruction of type "static const gdb_byte[]" to
"constexpr gdb_byte[]", and rename them to ARCH_break_insn.

Yao Qi 598cc9dc84 GDBARCH_BREAKPOINT_MANIPULATION and SET_GDBARCH_BREAKPOINT_MANIPULATION 
Many archs have only one kind of breakpoint, so their breakpoint_from_pc
implementations are quite similar.  This patch uses macro
GDBARCH_BREAKPOINT_MANIPULATION and SET_GDBARCH_BREAKPOINT_MANIPULATION
for breakpoint_from_pc, so that we can easily switch from
breakpoint_from_pc to breakpoint_kind_from_pc and sw_breakpoint_from_kind
later.

Tom Tromey ac29888840 Remove some variables but call functions for side effects 
This patch consolidates the (possibly-questionable) spots where we
remove a declaration but continue to call some function for side
effects.  In a couple of cases it wasn't entirely clear to me that
this mattered; and in some other cases it might be more aesthetically
pleasing to use ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED.  So, I broke this out into a
separate patch for simpler review.

Ajit Kumar Agarwal cc3afae25a Microblaze: Reject invalid target descriptions 
We currently validate the target description, but then forget to
reject it if found invalid.

Tested that incorrect descriptions are rejected and GDB warns about
them.

Tested the Microblaze Design with and without stack-protect registers.
The gdb command "info registers" displayed the register correctly.  If
a stack protect design is not selected, only core registers are
displayed.  When the stack-protect registers are selected in the
design, the core registers along with stack-protect registers are
displayed.

Michael Eager a52b4d3e26 se typecast 'size_t' on 'reg', not only avoid the related warning, but 
also check whether less than zero -- for 'reg' is type 'int', and sizeof
(dwarf2_to_reg_map) is less than 0x7fff.

It is quoted in gdb_assert(), so need check 'reg' whether less than zero.

Michael Eager 164224e96c Fix for remote G Packet message too long error for baremetal. 
Prior to version MicroBlaze v8.10.a,EDK 13.1, XMD's gdbserver stub returned 57
registers in response to GDB's G request. Starting with version MicroBlaze
v8.10.a, EDK 13.1, XMD added the slr and shr register, for a count of 59
registers. This patch adds these registers to the expected G response. This patch
fixes the above problem for baremetal and also supports the backward compatibility.

Honggyu Kim e261678878 Remove duplicated #include's from GDB 
This patch simply removes duplicated #include statements in the gdb/
directory.  If there are two duplicated #include statements, this patch
keeps the first #include and removes the second.

Those duplicates have been found by using the checkincludes.pl tool from
the Linux kernel and double checked manually once again if the #include
statements are affected by #ifdef macros.

Pedro Alves 0b1afbb37b Consistent use of (C) after "Copyright". 
While writing the previous patch, I noticed that we're not consistent
with the (C) in the copyright header.  The maintainers manual prefers
having it, though also says it's optional.  We have over 10x more
files with (C) than without in gdb's code, so I spent a few minutes
grepping and fixing.  Funny enough, the testsuite has it backwards.
I'll leave that for another time.

	(dwarf2_frame_unwind_stop_reason): New.
	(dwarf2_frame_this_id): Don't build a frame id if the CFA was
	unavailable.
	(dwarf2_frame_unwind): Install dwarf2_frame_unwind_stop_reason.
	(dwarf2_signal_frame_unwind): Ditto.

	* amd64-tdep.c: Include "exceptions.h".
	(struct amd64_frame_cache): New field "base_p".
	(amd64_init_frame_cache): Clear it.
	(amd64_frame_cache_1): New, factored out from amd64_frame_cache.
	Avoid reading registers with functions that throw if the register
	is not necessary to compute the frame base.
	(amd64_frame_cache): Reimplement wrapping amd64_frame_cache_1, and
