	(reorder_blocks): Use blocks_nreverse_all instead of blocks_nreverse.
	(reorder_blocks_1): Assert BLOCK_FRAGMENT_ORIGIN is NULL.  Don't
	call block_nreverse here.
	(blocks_nreverse): Rename decl temporary to block.
