e039ef35c0 filesystem: don't check for SDL whether we can load Android assets, because filesystem doesn't know anything about SDL
Replace it with runtime check instead.

a234888d44 Remove DEFAULT_(ACCELERATED|SOFTWARE)_RENDERER
This is no longer needed as we now use DEFAULT_RENDERERS order priority
and only try to load the detected renderers.
