This has been disabled since caller-save has marginal benefit on the c3x/c4x
and it avoids a long standing caller-save bug.

1d189890ae re GNATS libgcj/3 (FileInputStream.available always returns 0) 
* configure: Rebuilt.
	* configure.in: Check for fstat function.
	* java/io/natFileDescriptorPosix.cc (available): Use fstat() if
