b8f9289f19 * lib/sim-defs.exp (sim_run): Argument env_vals renamed to options, 
which is now a list of options controlling the behaviour of sim_run.
	* sim/sky/sky-defs.tcl (run_trc_test): Update to new way of
	environment variables to sim_run.
