x86: Tune Skylake, Cannonlake and Icelake as Haswell

r259399, which added PROCESSOR_SKYLAKE, disabled many x86 optimizations
which are enabled by PROCESSOR_HASWELL. As the result, -mtune=skylake
generates slower codes on Skylake than before. The same also applies
to Cannonlake and Icelak tuning.
This patch changes -mtune={skylake|cannonlake|icelake} to tune like
-mtune=haswell for until their tuning is properly adjusted. It also
enables -mprefer-vector-width=256 for -mtune=haswell, which has no
impact on codegen when AVX512 isn't enabled.
Performance impacts on SPEC CPU 2017 rate with 1 copy using
-march=native -mfpmath=sse -O2 -m64
are

Introduce @unless/@endunless and postbootstrap Makefile targets
...
This patch turns dependencies of non-bootstrap targets on bootstrap
targets for bootstrap builds into dependencies on stage_last. This
arrangement gets stage1-bubble to run from stage_last if we haven't
started a bootstrap yet, and to use the current stage otherwise. This
was already the case of target libs, just not of non-bootstrapped host
modules.
In order to retain preexisting dependencies in non-bootstrap builds,
or in gcc-less builds, this introduces support for @unless/@endunless
pairs in Makefile.in.
There is a remaining possibility of problem if activating, in a tree
configured for bootstrap, a parallel build of two or more modules, at
least one bootstrapped and one not. In this case, make might decide
to build stage_current and stage_last in parallel, the latter will
start a submake to build stage1 while the initial make, having
satisfied stage_current, proceeds to build the bootstrapped module in
non-bootstrapped configurations. The two builds will overlap and will
likely conflict. This situation does NOT arise in normal settings,
however: a post-bootstrap build of all-host all-target will indeed
activate such targets concurrently, but only after building all
bootstrapped modules successfully, and it will have both stage_last
and stage_current targets already satisfied, so the potential race
between builds will not arise.
Another remaining problem, that is slightly expanded with this patch,
is that of an interrupted build in a tree configured for bootstrap,
continued with a non-bootstrapped target. Target modules that were
not bootstrapped would already fail to complete the current stage when
activated explicitly in the command line for a retry; host modules,
however, would attempt to build their bootstrapped dependencies, which
is what led to the problem of concurrent builds addressed with this
patch. An interrupted or failed build might still recover correctly,
if the non-bootstrapped target is activated in both builds, because
then make will remove stage_last when its build command is
interrupted, so that it will attempt to recreate it with stage1-bubble
in the second try. A bootstrap build, however, will not be attempting
to build stage_last, so the file will remain and the retry won't go
through stage1-bubble. We have lived with that for target modules, so
we can probably live with that for host modules too.
Another undesirable consequence of this change is that non-boostrapped
host modules, in a tree configured for bootstrap, when activated as
make all-<module>, will build all of stage1 instead of only the
module's usual dependencies. This is intentional and necessary to fix
the parallel-build problem. If it's not desirable, disabling the
unnecessary bootstrap configuration will suffice to restore the
original set of dependencies.

[arm] Move some generated files out of the source tree

When I originally started work on the new options framework for ARM
I'd worked on the assumption that AWK might not be available on every
build machine (only on developer's machines). However, looking again
I notice that all the options framework relies on it being present for
every build. This means that some of the generated files that come
from running parsecpu.awk do not need to be kept under revision
control.
Unfortunately, it's not _all_ generated files. The build
infrastructure assumes that all .md fragments are in the source tree
and similarly that all .opt fragments are there as well.
Still, eliminating the very big .h files is a step forward as they are
very regular in structure and diff/patch/merge tools can sometimes
make mistakes when resolving conflicts.
So this patch removes the generated .h files from the source tree and
tweaks the make rules accordingly. I've also changed the build rules
to use the stamp technique to eliminate some false dependencies in a
rebuild.

[ARC]Fast interrupts support.
...
When a processor enters a fast interrupts handler, and duplicate
register banks are configured, the processor saves the user context by
saving the registers in the main register bank to these additional
registers in the duplicate register bank. In this fast interrupt
context, when you specify the rgf_banked_regs option,the compiler does
not save the registers duplicated in the additional register bank are
not saved.

[ARC] Automatic context save/restore for regular interrupts.

The AUX_IRQ_CTRL register controls the behavior of automated register
save and restore or prologue and epilogue sequences during a non-fast
interrupt entry and exit, and context save and restore instructions.
A user passes to the compiler the configuration of the AUX_IRQ_CTRL
register via mirq-ctrl-saved option. This option, specifies
gneral-purposes registers that the processor saves/restores on
interrupt entry and exit, and it is only valid for ARC EM and ARC HS
cores.

Add make autoprofiledbootstrap
...
Add support for profiledbootstrap with autofdo. Will be useful
to get better testing coverage of autofdo.
This requires Linux perf and autofdo to be installed, only
really for x86_64 linux on Intel so far.
Profile the whole build process with perf, then convert the file,
and pass it back to the compiler in the feedback stage.
The conversion has to be done per language, as only that knows
the name of the binary. Currently we only do it for C and C++,
as the other languages don't have enough coverage during a normal
bootstrap.
For lto1 it is also disabled, because it would only be useful during a LTO
bootstrap, but right now autofdo and LTO are not working together due to
PR66229
For common backend files always the profile output of the C++ compiler
is used. In theory multiple inputs could be merged here, but so far
that is not implemented.
The method is not friendly to partial rebuilds, as only the profile
information from the current rebuild is used. So if an error
occurs it is best to clean and restart, otherwise the code
quality may be worse.
This patch is fairly large, but most of it is auto generated from
autogen in Makefile.in. for the new stage targets.
Passes profiledbootstrap and normal bootstrap on x86_64-linux.
autoprofiledbootstrap is currently not working due to
PR70427 (but it finishes with that worked around)
The autofdo'ed compiler is ~7% faster on insn-recog.i (vs ~11% for
profiledfeedback), and ~4% faster for tramp3d-v4 (vs 10% for
profiledfeedback) on a Sandy Bridge system.

power7 machines.
Based on a subsequent patch I also updated the code formatting (indentation,

This patch adds support for the signed and unsigned int versions of the
vec_addec altivec builtins from the Power Architecture 64-Bit ELF V2 ABI
OpenPOWER ABI for Linux Supplement (16 July 2015 Version 1.1). There are
many of the builtins that are missing and this is part of a series
of patches to add them.
There aren't instructions for the int versions of vec_addec so the
output code is built from other built-ins that do have instructions
which in this case is the following.
vec_addec (va, vb, carryv) == vec_or (vec_addc (va, vb),
vec_addc(vec_add(va, vb),
vec_and (carryv, 0x1)))
The new test cases are executable tests which verify that the generated
code produces expected values. C macros were used so that the same
test case could be used for both the signed and unsigned versions. An
extra executable test case is also included to ensure that the modified
support for the __int128 versions of vec_addec is not broken. The same
test case could not be used for both int and __int128 because of some
differences in loading and storing the vectors.
Bootstrapped and tested on powerpc64le-unknown-linux-gnu and
powerpc64-unknown-linux-gnu with no regressions. Is this ok for trunk?

IA MCU psABI support: GCC changes

This patch introduces basic IA MCU psABI support into GCC.
* configure.ac (ospace_frag): Enable for i?86*-*-elfiamcu
target.
* configure: Regenerate.

* config.gcc: Support i[34567]86-*-elfiamcu target.
* config/i386/iamcu.h: New.
* config/i386/i386.opt: Add -miamcu.
* doc/invoke.texi: Document -miamcu.
* common/config/i386/i386-common.c (ix86_handle_option): Turn
off x87/MMX/SSE/AVX codegen for -miamcu.
* config/i386/i386-c.c (ix86_target_macros_internal): Define
__iamcu/__iamcu__ for -miamcu.
* config/i386/i386.h (PREFERRED_STACK_BOUNDARY_DEFAULT): Set
to MIN_STACK_BOUNDARY if TARGET_IAMCU is true.
(BIGGEST_ALIGNMENT): Set to 32 if TARGET_IAMCU is true.
* config/i386/i386.c (ix86_option_override_internal): Ignore and
warn -mregparm for Intel MCU. Turn on -mregparm=3 for Intel
MCU by default. Default long double to 64-bit for Intel MCU.
Turn on -freg-struct-return for Intel MCU. Issue an error when
-miamcu is used in 64-bit or x32 mode or if x87, MMX, SSE or
AVX is turned on.
(function_arg_advance_32): Pass value whose size is no larger
than 8 bytes in registers for Intel MCU.
(function_arg_32): Likewise.
(ix86_return_in_memory): Return value whose size is no larger
than 8 bytes in registers for Intel MCU.
(iamcu_alignment): New function.
(ix86_data_alignment): Call iamcu_alignment if TARGET_IAMCU is
true.
(ix86_local_alignment): Don't increase alignment for Intel MCU.
(x86_field_alignment): Return iamcu_alignment if TARGET_IAMCU is
true.
