Split the sysbus version to a separate file so that it is not
included in PCI-only machines, and adjust Kconfig for machines
that do need sysbus-ohci. The copyrights are based on the
time and employer of balrog and Paul Brook's contributions.
While adjusting the SM501 dependency, move it to the right place
instead of keeping it in the R4D machine.

Previously, the first PCI NIC would be assigned to slot 2 even if the
user override the model and made it something other than an rtl8139
which is the default. Everything else would be dynamically assigned.
Now, the first rtl8139 gets slot 2 and everything else is dynamic.

The shix machine has been designed and used at Télécom Paris from 2003
to 2010. It had been added to QEMU in 2005 and has not been maintained
since. Since nobody is using the physical board anymore nor interested
in maintaining the QEMU port, it is time to deprecate it.

Mark the default NIC via the new MachineClass->default_nic setting
so that the machine-defaults code in vl.c can decide whether the
default NIC is usable or not (for example when compiling with the

No need to use an intermediate 'dma-offset' property in the
chipset object. Alias the property, so when the machine (here
r2d-plus) sets the value on the chipset, it is propagated to
the OHCI object.
Note we can rename the chipset 'base' property as 'dma-offset'
since the object is a non-user-creatable sysbus type.

g_new(T, n) is neater than g_malloc(sizeof(T) * n). It's also safer,
for two reasons. One, it catches multiplication overflowing size_t.
Two, it returns T * rather than void *, which lets the compiler catch
more type errors.
This commit only touches allocations with size arguments of the form
sizeof(T).

This file is borrowed from the RTEMS source code, which comes
with a GPL-2.0-or-later license with a header exception.
Expand the GPL-2.0-or-later license in place to not be dependent
on a 3rd party website. This also fix the misleading comment "The
license and distribution terms for this file may be found in the
file LICENSE in this distribution" referring to the RTEMS distribution
and not to the QEMU one.

r2d_init() calls sh7750_init() so depends on SH7750.Harmless
at the moment because nothing actually uses CONFIG_SH7750

Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.
Patch generated using:

The DEVICE() macro is defined as:

Booting the r2d machine from flash fails because flash is not discovered.
Looking at the flattened memory tree, we see the following.

The overlapping memory region is sh_pci.isa, ie the ISA I/O region bridge.
This region is initially assigned to address 0xfe240000, but overwritten
with a write into the PCIIOBR register. This write is expected to adjust
the PCI memory window, but not to change the region's base adddress.
Peter Maydell provided the following detailed explanation.
"Section 22.3.7 and in particular figure 22.3 (of "SSH7751R user's manual:
hardware") are clear about how this is supposed to work: there is a window
at 0xfe240000 in the system register space for PCI I/O space. When the CPU
makes an access into that area, the PCI controller calculates the PCI
address to use by combining bits 0..17 of the system address with the
bits 31..18 value that the guest has put into the PCIIOBR. That is, writing
to the PCIIOBR changes which section of the IO address space is visible in
the 0xfe240000 window. Instead what QEMU's implementation does is move the
window to whatever value the guest writes to the PCIIOBR register -- so if
the guest writes 0 we put the window at 0 in system address space."
Fix the problem by calling memory_region_set_alias_offset() instead of
removing and re-adding the PCI ISA subregion on writes into PCIIOBR.
At the same time, in sh_pci_device_realize(), don't set iobr since
it is overwritten later anyway. Instead, pass the base address to
memory_region_add_subregion() directly.

sysemu/sysemu.h is a rather unfocused dumping ground for stuff related
to the system-emulator. Evidence:
* It's included widely: in my "build everything" tree, changing
sysemu/sysemu.h still triggers a recompile of some 1100 out of 6600
objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on
qemu/osdep.h, down from 5400 due to the previous two commits).
* It pulls in more than a dozen additional headers.
Split stuff related to run state management into its own header
sysemu/runstate.h.
Touching sysemu/sysemu.h now recompiles some 850 objects. qemu/uuid.h
also drops from 1100 to 850, and qapi/qapi-types-run-state.h from 4400
to 4200. Touching new sysemu/runstate.h recompiles some 500 objects.
Since I'm touching MAINTAINERS to add sysemu/runstate.h anyway, also
add qemu/main-loop.h.

In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/qdev-properties.h triggers
a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
Many places including hw/qdev-properties.h (directly or via hw/qdev.h)
actually need only hw/qdev-core.h. Include hw/qdev-core.h there
instead.
hw/qdev.h is actually pointless: all it does is include hw/qdev-core.h
and hw/qdev-properties.h, which in turn includes hw/qdev-core.h.
Replace the remaining uses of hw/qdev.h by hw/qdev-properties.h.
While there, delete a few superfluous inclusions of hw/qdev-core.h.
Touching hw/qdev-properties.h now recompiles some 1200 objects.

of some 2600 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that
don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
The previous commits have left only the declaration of hw_error() in
hw/hw.h. This permits dropping most of its inclusions. Touching it
now recompiles less than 200 objects.

In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/irq.h triggers a recompile
of some 5400 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that
don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
hw/hw.h supposedly includes it for convenience. Several other headers
include it just to get qemu_irq and.or qemu_irq_handler.
Move the qemu_irq and qemu_irq_handler typedefs from hw/irq.h to
qemu/typedefs.h, and then include hw/irq.h only where it's still
needed. Touching it now recompiles only some 500 objects.
