6d5322442a target-sparc: Migrate CWP and PIL for SPARC64
In SPARC32 the env->cwp and env->psrpil state is part of the PSR
register, and gets migrated as part of that register.
In SPARC64 this state is in separate CWP and PIL registers, but we
were not doing anything to migrate those.

Add the missing fields to the migration vmstate (which is a
migration break, but without these fields migration is completely
broken anyway).

This change means that trying a save/load of a SPARC64 target at
the boot rom prompt now produces a system which at least responds
to keyboard input after the restore.

Use VMState arrays for SPARC64 TLB/MMU state. This is
a migration-break for SPARC64 (but not for SPARC32),
which is acceptable because currently migration does not
work for any SPARC64 machines due to the lack of any migration
of interrupt controller state.

4552a09dd4 target-sparc: Split cpu_put_psr into side-effect and no-side-effect parts
For inbound migration we really want to be able to set the PSR without
having any side effects, but cpu_put_psr() calls cpu_check_irqs() which
might try to deliver CPU interrupts. Split cpu_put_psr() into the
no-side-effect and side-effect parts.

This includes reordering the cpu_check_irqs() to the end of cpu_put_psr(),
because that function may actually end up calling cpu_interrupt(), which
does not seem like a good thing to happen in the middle of updating the PSR.

4c315c2766 qdev: Protect device-list-properties against broken devices
Several devices don't survive object_unref(object_new(T)): they crash
or hang during cleanup, or they leave dangling pointers behind.

This breaks at least device-list-properties, because
qmp_device_list_properties() needs to create a device to find its
properties. Broken in commit f4eb32b "qmp: show QOM properties in
device-list-properties", v2.1.  Example reproducer:

    $ qemu-system-aarch64 -nodefaults -display none -machine none -S -qmp stdio
    {"QMP": {"version": {"qemu": {"micro": 50, "minor": 4, "major": 2}, "package": ""}, "capabilities": []}}
    { "execute": "qmp_capabilities" }
    {"return": {}}
    { "execute": "device-list-properties", "arguments": { "typename": "pxa2xx-pcmcia" } }
    qemu-system-aarch64: /home/armbru/work/qemu/memory.c:1307: memory_region_finalize: Assertion `((&mr->subregions)->tqh_first == ((void *)0))' failed.
    Aborted (core dumped)
    [Exit 134 (SIGABRT)]

Unfortunately, I can't fix the problems in these devices right now.
Instead, add DeviceClass member cannot_destroy_with_object_finalize_yet
to mark them:

* Hang during cleanup (didn't debug, so I can't say why):
  "realview_pci", "versatile_pci".

* Dangling pointer in cpus: most CPUs, plus "allwinner-a10", "digic",
  "fsl,imx25", "fsl,imx31", "xlnx,zynqmp", because they create such
  CPUs

* Assert kvm_enabled(): "host-x86_64-cpu", host-i386-cpu",
  "host-powerpc64-cpu", "host-embedded-powerpc-cpu",
  "host-powerpc-cpu" (the powerpc ones can't currently reach the
  assertion, because the CPUs are only registered when KVM is enabled,
  but the assertion is arguably in the wrong place all the same)

Make qmp_device_list_properties() fail cleanly when the device is so
marked. This improves device-list-properties from "crashes, hangs or
leaves dangling pointers behind" to "fails". Not a complete fix, just
a better-than-nothing work-around.  In the above reproducer,
device-list-properties now fails with "Can't list properties of device
'pxa2xx-pcmcia'".

This also protects -device FOO,help, which uses the same machinery
since commit ef52358 "qdev-monitor: include QOM properties in -device
FOO, help output", v2.2. Example reproducer:

    $ qemu-system-aarch64 -machine none -device pxa2xx-pcmcia,help

Before:

    qemu-system-aarch64: .../memory.c:1307: memory_region_finalize: Assertion `((&mr->subregions)->tqh_first == ((void *)0))' failed.

After:

    Can't list properties of device 'pxa2xx-pcmcia'

42a268c241 tcg: Change translator-side labels to a pointer
This is improved type checking for the translators -- it's no longer
possible to accidentally swap arguments to the branch functions.

Note that the code generating backends still manipulate labels as int.

With notable exceptions, the scope of the change is just a few lines
for each target, so it's not worth building extra machinery to do this
change in per-target increments.

ec53b45bcd exec.c: Drop TARGET_HAS_ICE define and checks
The TARGET_HAS_ICE #define is intended to indicate whether a target-*
guest CPU implementation supports the breakpoint handling. However,
all our guest CPUs have that support (the only two which do not
define TARGET_HAS_ICE are unicore32 and openrisc, and in both those
cases the bp support is present and the lack of the #define is just
a bug). So remove the #define entirely: all new guest CPU support
should include breakpoint handling as part of the basic implementation.

339aaf5b7f qemu-log: add log category for MMU info
Running barebox on qemu-system-mips* with '-d unimp' overloads
stderr by very very many mips_cpu_handle_mmu_fault() messages:

  mips_cpu_handle_mmu_fault pc a080cd80 ad b80003fd rw 0 mmu_idx 0

So it's very difficult to find LOG_UNIMP message.

The mips_cpu_handle_mmu_fault() messages appear on enabling ANY
logging! It's not very handy.

Adding separate log category for *_cpu_handle_mmu_fault()
logging fixes the problem.

16c358e96e target-sparc: Add and use CPU_FEATURE_CASA
The LEON3 processor has support for the CASA instruction which is
normally only available for SPARC V9 processors. Binutils 2.24
and GCC 4.9 will support this instruction for LEON3. GCC uses it to
generate C11 atomic operations.

The CAS synthetic instruction uses an ASI of 0x80. If TARGET_SPARC64 is
not defined use a supervisor data load/store for an ASI of 0x80 in
helper_ld_asi()/helper_st_asi(). The supervisor data load/store was
choosen according to the LEON3 documentation.

The ASI 0x80 is defined in the SPARC V9 manual, Table 12—Address Space
Identifiers (ASIs). Here we have: 0x80, ASI_PRIMARY, Unrestricted
access, Primary address space.

Tested with the following program:

  #include <assert.h>
  #include <stdatomic.h>

  void test(void)
  {
    atomic_int a;
    int e;
    _Bool b;

    atomic_store(&a, 1);
    e = 1;
    b = atomic_compare_exchange_strong(&a, &e, 2);
    assert(b);
    assert(atomic_load(&a) == 2);

    atomic_store(&a, 3);
    e = 4;
    b = atomic_compare_exchange_strong(&a, &e, 5);
    assert(!b);
    assert(atomic_load(&a) == 3);
  }

Tested also on a NGMP board with a LEON4 processor.

f5daeec412 tcg: Remove stray semi-colons from target-*/helper.h
During GEN_HELPER=1, these are actually stray top-level semi-colons
which are technically invalid ISO C, but GCC accepts as an extension.
If we added enough __extension__ markers that we could dare use
-Wpedantic, we'd see

  warning: ISO C does not allow extra ‘;’ outside of a function

This will become a hard error in the next patch, wherein those ; will
appear in the middle of a data structure.

14a10fc399 cpu: Partially revert "cpu: Change qemu_init_vcpu() argument to CPUState"
Commit c643bed99 moved qemu_init_vcpu() calls to common CPUState code.
This causes x86 cpu-add to fail with "KVM: setting VAPIC address failed".

The reason for the failure is that CPUClass::kvm_fd is not yet
initialized in the following call graph:
->x86_cpu_realizefn
 ->x86_cpu_apic_realize
  ->qdev_init
   ->device_set_realized
    ->device_reset (hotplugged == 1)
     ->apic_reset_common
      ->vapic_base_update
       ->kvm_apic_vapic_base_update
This causes attempted KVM vCPU ioctls to fail.

By contrast, in the non-hotplug case the APIC is reset much later, when
the vCPU is already initialized.

As a quick and safe solution, move the qemu_init_vcpu() call back into
the targets' realize functions.

Semi-automatic conversion using, e.g.,

f3659eee05 cpu: Introduce CPUClass::memory_rw_debug() for target_memory_rw_debug()
Make inline target_memory_rw_debug() always available and change its
