	extensions for conditional jumps (o, p, m, nz, z, nm, np, no).
	(s390_crb_extensions): New extensions table.
	(insertExpandedMnemonic): Handle '$' tag.
	* s390-opc.txt: Remove conditional jump variants which can now
	be expanded automatically.
	Replace '*' tag with '$' in the compare and branch instructions.
