bfd/:
	* Makefile.am (AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS): Remove cygnus, instead use
	no-dist and foreign.
	(EXTRA_libbfd_la_SOURCES): New, list $(CFILES) to allow
	dependency tracking to work for them.
	(targets.lo, archures.lo, dwarf.lo): Rewrite to
	use automake dependency tracking mechanism.
	(MKDEP, DEP, DEP1, dep.sed, dep, dep-in, dep-am): Remove.
	(mkdep section): Remove.
	(BUILT_SOURCES): New, list $(BUILD_HFILES).
